1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos (if applicable).

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
